Logistics
This group meets IRL in Washington, D.C., on Wednesdays at 7pm ET for 1.5 hours each week (7-8:30pm ET). Can’t make that time? Check out our 12pm group.

This Group Exists Because…
These days, you're lucky if you have wise friends who can help you grieve after a breakup. Unfortunately, most people don't have a community that can offer real emotional support. In fact, modern society is pretty bad at helping people through any type of loss — and breakups are a common form of loss!
This Breakup Support Group is a place to hold your emotions with compassion and connect with people who are also healing from heartbreak.
This Group Is For People Who…
Have ever experienced heartbreak (it can be recently or a long time ago)
Can't stop thinking about an ex, a former f*ck buddy, or a random date who ghosted
Have been divorced
Went through a breakup with a boyfriend, girlfriend, throuple, or other romantic relationship or situtationship
Broke off, or experienced someone breaking off, a potential relationship before it got off the ground
This group is also for you if you feel like you're going to war with yourself. If you’re blaming yourself when things go wrong in romance — that’s going to war with yourself. Warring with yourself also looks like blaming someone else so much that it ends up hurting you. We’ll deal with all of that in this support group.
What We’ll Do In The Group
Miriam Diana will share gentle tools to help you befriend your feelings. "Befriending your feelings" is like honoring your rage and hugging your despair. It's being with emotions in an accepting, balanced way — without shaming or criticizing yourself.
In the group sessions, Miriam Diana will lead you through trauma-informed exercises that can help bring you closer to peace.
The trauma-informed tools you'll learn in this group can help you slowly soften walls that you put up to avoid your feelings. These tools can also ground you if you get caught in the undertow of a tsunami of emotions.
